RECYCLED WOOL PCW

The recycled wool used in this product derives from scraps of fabric from used clothing, which would otherwise have ended up in landfill. Using certified recycled wool guarantees the composition and traceability throughout the production process. All our products that are labelled as including recycled fibres are backed by RCS or GRS certifications, which guarantee traceability and compliance with specifications throughout the value chain.

RECYCLED COTTON PIW

Post-industrial waste (PIW) means that scraps created in the process of making a new product is used to create new materials. As a separate phase for producing new raw material is not needed, considerably less energy, water and dye are needed to produce recycled cotton compared to the production of raw cotton. Moreover, the yarn used for the recycled cotton PIW is derived from fabric scraps and sorted according to homogenous colours. This means the dyeing process can be skipped. All our products that are labelled as including recycled fibres are backed by RCS or GRS certifications, which guarantee traceability and compliance with specifications throughout the value chain.

RECYCLED COTTON PCW

Creating new fibres from used clothing is known as post-consumer waste (PCW). The clothes are sorted, shredded and recycled to produce new materials. There is no production phase to produce new raw material, and we therefore see a significant reduction in the amount of energy, water and dye needed in the recycled cotton production in comparison with the production of raw cotton. All our products that are labelled as including recycled fibres are backed by RCS or GRS certifications, which guarantee traceability and compliance with specifications throughout the value chain.

RECYCLED POLYESTER PIW

Post-industrial waste (PIW) means that scraps created in the process of making a new product is used to create new materials. For instance, textile scraps and waste from the production of PET bottles. Using recycled polyester reduces the dependence on oil as the source of raw material by using scraps and reducing C02 emissions. The production of recycled polyester requires less energy compared to the production of virgin polyester. All our products made from recycled fibres are backed by RCS or GRS certifications, which guarantee traceability and compliance with specifications throughout the value chain.

RECYCLED POLYAMIDE PCW

Creating new fibres from used clothing is known as post-consumer waste (PCW). Post-consumer recycled polyamide is considered to be a preferable alternative to virgin polyamide because it reduces consumer waste. All products made from recycled fibres are backed by RCS or GRS certifications, which guarantee the inclusion of fibres and compliance with specifications throughout the value chain.
